TL;DR

Junior Influencer Marketing Manager (Marketing): Supporting influencer outreach and research while managing independent creator relationships with an accent on campaign performance and strategy optimization. Focus on identifying growth opportunities across multiple social platforms and collaborating with a senior team to drive ecommerce marketing results.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid role).

Salary: Starting from €2,200/month.

What you will do

  • Partner with senior managers to execute high-volume, personalized outreach and qualify leads.
  • Research and identify creators across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage selected influencer relationships independently, owning communication and campaign timelines.
  • Track campaign performance and contribute to strategy optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with the team in the Vilnius office for day-to-day alignment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or outreach.
  • Experience with BDR-style outreach or creator communication.
  • Strong interest in YouTube and multi-platform influencer dynamics.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to turn opportunities into actionable results.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with influencer discovery, management, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience using AI tools to support marketing workflows.
