Location: Hybrid (Lithuania/Poland) with up to two remote days per week and a Work From Anywhere policy.

Salary: 2600-4500 EUR/month (Lithuania) or 13600-19000 PLN/month (Poland).

What you will do

• Manage and scale paid social campaigns across international markets.
• Execute Meta Ads campaigns while testing secondary channels like TikTok and Reddit.
• Continuously optimize ad creatives, hooks, copy, and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance and cross-channel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spend allocation.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing paid social acquisition campaigns.
• Expertise in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
• Understanding of modern attribution models and post-iOS14 tracking limitations.
• Ability to direct creative teams on platform-specific formats and trends.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Strong time management and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRO and landing page best practices.
• Experience with complex, global, large-scale campaigns.
