System Architect (Robotics)

Location: Eindhoven (Strijp-T), Netherlands; office-based role

What you will do

• Drive the technical development of next-generation robotic systems.
• Work with customers to translate needs into clear product requirements and define scope.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams in creating integrated, production-ready mechatronic solutions.
• Challenge concepts and guide system design from early development through industrialisation.
• Oversee system integration and validation to ensure reliable operation in the field.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience successfully bringing mechatronic products to market.
• Strong experience in system-level development, system decomposition, and requirements engineering.
• Leadership skills and the ability to align and guide engineers across disciplines.
• Experience working with customers and defining product scope.
• Strong technical depth and the ability to critically evaluate solutions.
