Production Supervisor (Screen Printing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and supervise daily production activities and production personnel.
• Manage plant output schedules and quality targets while maintaining high productivity standards.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards across shift operations.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze production metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues.
• Plan workforce needs, training, skills development, and performance management.

Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a complex product portfolio in make-to-order and make-to-specification environments.
• Experience with screen printing technologies, ink mixing, screen making and design; heat transfers and digital printing experience is preferred.
• Experience with design software and interfaces to printing equipment.
• Experience leading multicultural operational teams on the shop floor.
• Ability to perform first-line maintenance and diagnose production machine failures.
• Strong capability in root cause analysis and process efficiency improvement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Sakurai, Zund, Anapurna, and Picocolor equipment.
