What you will do

  • Drive new client acquisition and grow incremental revenue against high-potential agencies and advertisers.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of clients to be onboarded to the Microsoft Advertising platform.
  • Collaborate with internal Account Managers and Strategy teams to develop quality customer plans for revenue growth.
  • Cultivate strategic client relationships and deliver customized search solutions.
  • Lead regular, impactful engagements with key stakeholders, budget decision makers, and media planners.

Requirements

  • 8 years of total work experience, with 3+ years specifically in online media sales or digital advertising.
  • Strong network of clientele in the South African marketplace, specifically Johannesburg.
  • Proven ability to build a client base from scratch and manage lead generation.
  • Experience in digital media solution selling and delivering engaging presentations to leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Ability to travel to meet and strengthen partnerships with new and existing clients.

Nice to have

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Digital Ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in Ad Sales.
