What you will do

• Resolve complex firmware and hardware issues for server infrastructure.
• Manage vendor warranty replacements and RMA processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for L1/L2 technicians.
• Develop and maintain documentation, support processes, and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve hardware reliability.
• Execute workarounds and technical solutions for data center hardware incidents.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom
• Deep knowledge of data center environments and server hardware.
• Practical experience in advanced hardware troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and command line tools.
• Experience with equipment monitoring and data analysis.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Component-level electronics repair skills (SMD).
• Knowledge of network equipment and troubleshooting.
• Driving license type B.
