What you will do

• Define and standardize maintenance strategies, processes, roles, and KPIs across CREFS NL.
• Lead the transition from an outsourced IFM model to a more insourced operathirify.global model.
• Manage and lead a team of Hard Services professionals, setthirify.global the overall direction for the maintenance domain.
• Establish and manage governance structures and escalation routines.
• Safeguard compliance with all statutory requirements and quality standards to meet asset targets.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, maintenance costhirify.global, and reliability concepts.
• Proven expertise in contract management.
• Ability to navigate complex governance structures and stakeholder dynamics effectively.
