Salary: €58,500 – €66,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and own the full installation of DUV systems from preparation to handover.
• Coordinate and oversee shift engineers on-site, ensuring KPI and quality targets are met.
• Manage technical and logistical deviations, driving data-driven decisions and escalation management.
• Develop daily installation plans and implement recovery options to secure delivery.
• Analyze performance losses and capture learnings to prevent repeat issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Veldhoven and at customer sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in a hands-on technical environment using PDCA or DMAIC models.
• Proven track record in project coordination, field operations, and customer dealing.
• Experience coordinating teams of highly educated engineers in shift patterns.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Legally authorized to access US-controlled technology.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
