What you will do

• Install high-tech laboratory equipment at client sites.
• Maintain and repair laboratory analysers and systems to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Verify that systems and component products meet manufacturer’s specifications.
• Optimize the operation of assigned systems and analysers within specific product lines.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation of interventions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial software engineering, or technical medical laboratory.
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Service-minded approach and high attention to detail.
• Flexibility and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
