Product Manager (Agentic AI)

Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work from the office and home

What you will do

• Own agentic AI products end to end, from problem discovery and solution definition through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Conduct customer discovery, analyse usage data, and develop evidence-based product priorities.
• Prototype ideas with AI tools to test assumptions and make concepts tangible quickly.
• Define success metrics and track product performance through delivery.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, customer, and commercial teams to unblock delivery and coordinate launches.
• Communicate product plans and progress to stakeholders and leadership, defending prioritisation decisions.

Requirements

• Hands-on fluency with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling.
• Product management experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms.
• A track record of owning and shipping products rather than only supporting them.
• Experience working with engineering, design, and commercial teams in an agile environment on complex, multi-stakeholder products.
• Ability to define metrics, analyse product performance, and use evidence to prioritise decisions.
• Builder mindset with a bias toward action, rapid prototyping, testing, and shipping.
