What you will do
- Manage a handful of marquee enterprise accounts to ensure ongoing success and high product adoption.
- Act as an internal champion for customers and a product adoption expert, providing light product education.
- Handle standard escalation management and triage critical issues in coordination with Customer Support.
- Perform project management for large-scale client projects, including scoping and platform configuration.
- Maintain detailed customer account plans, documentation, and distribute regular performance reports.
- Ensure customers follow best practices for platform administration and maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing customer-facing support to Enterprise Accounts.
- Technical proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- Location: Must be based in France or the Barcelona area.

- Experience with JIRA, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
