What you will do

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them on maximizing platform value.
  • Provide high-quality support via email and live calls for timely issue resolution.
  • Diagnose complex technical and data-related issues within the FP&A software.
  • Analyze financial models and datasets to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to resolve bugs and with Product to share customer feedback.
  • Deliver user guidance and training on best practices and new features.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support (SaaS) or FP&A/financial modeling.
  • Academic background in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly.

  • Proficiency in BI tools.
