What you will do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, guiding them on maximizing platform value.
- Provide high-quality support via email and live calls for timely issue resolution.
- Diagnose complex technical and data-related issues within the FP&A software.
- Analyze financial models and datasets to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve bugs and with Product to share customer feedback.
- Deliver user guidance and training on best practices and new features.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical support (SaaS) or FP&A/financial modeling.
- Academic background in Economics, Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical and financial concepts clearly.
