TL;DR

Location: Remote within Europe or onsite in Paris, France

What you will do

  • Assist customers with setup requests for Consent Management, Preference Management, and APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and escalate technical issues to the Engineering team, following through to the fix.
  • Provide product feedback and qualify feature requests to help prioritize the bug backlog.
  • Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
  • Train customer-facing teams and develop automation, extensions, or app samples to improve operations.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training (e.g., bootcamp).
  • Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solution Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of web applications and Javascript.
  • Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Europe or able to work from the Paris office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify technical workarounds.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to mobile languages such as Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Swift.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or the ad tech industry.
  • Familiarity with APIs, Cloud Buckets, and SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
