What you will do
- Assist customers with setup requests for Consent Management, Preference Management, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot, reproduce, and escalate technical issues to the Engineering team, following through to the fix.
- Provide product feedback and qualify feature requests to help prioritize the bug backlog.
- Create and maintain internal and external technical documentation.
- Train customer-facing teams and develop automation, extensions, or app samples to improve operations.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training (e.g., bootcamp).
- Experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solution Engineer.
- Strong understanding of web applications and Javascript.
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken).
- Must be based in Europe or able to work from the Paris office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify technical workarounds.
Nice to have
- Exposure to mobile languages such as Java, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Swift.
- Experience with Google Analytics or the ad tech industry.
- Familiarity with APIs, Cloud Buckets, and SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
