Customer Success Engineer (AI): Ensuring successful adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI-powered search and discovery platforms with an accent on technical onboarding, solution design, and hands-on implementation support. Focus on advising customers on best practices, resolving technical bottlenecks, and driving long-term account health through expert technical guidance.
Location: Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid role).
Compensation: €56,000–€77,500 EUR (On-Target Earnings).

What you will do
- Act as a technical consultant to deliver tailored services and workshops for customer adoption.
- Advise customers on industry best practices for search implementation and optimization.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure long-term account health and support.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to serve as a subject matter expert.
- Identify and resolve technical risks and bottlenecks within customer environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be based in Paris, France.
- Functional knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Python, etc.).
- Experience with REST API, database management, and web development technologies.
- Proven experience delivering technical workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience supporting open-source projects and GitHub communities.
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in German, Italian, or Spanish.
