Product Owner (Fintech): Shaping and scaling the Adherence Data Platform and STP onboarding flows to ensure compliance, risk, and security across the Nexa ecosystem with an accent on data quality, reliability, and developer experience. Focus on balancing platform scalability with ease of adoption and managing a complex stakeholder landscape to reduce the compliance burden for engineers.
Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there; hybrid setup available. Relocation is not provided.
Salary: €5,876 – €8,395 per month

What you will do
- Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Adherence Data Platform.
- Manage the Straight-Through Processing (STP) onboarding process to enable scalable, low-touch integration for adherence topics.
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant data supply to Nexa Actions and Nexa Insights.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and Scrum Masters to maximize impact and drive standardization.
- Act as the central alignment point between topic owners, architecture, and compliance stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar value-driven role.
- Proven experience working with data platforms, APIs, or complex backend products.
- Strong proficiency in SCRUM and agile methodologies.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and direction within complex stakeholder environments.
