Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work there; hybrid setup available. Relocation is not provided.

Salary: €5,876 – €8,395 per month

What you will do

• Define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for the Adherence Data Platform.
• Manage the Straight-Through Processing (STP) onboarding process to enable scalable, low-touch integration for adherence topics.
• Ensure high-quality, reliable, and compliant data supply to Nexa Actions and Nexa Insights.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and Scrum Masters to maximize impact and drive standardization.
• Act as the central alignment point between topic owners, architecture, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands.
• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar value-driven role.
• Proven experience working with data platforms, APIs, or complex backend products.
• Strong proficiency in SCRUM and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and direction within complex stakeholder environments.

• Experience with compliance, risk, security, or platform products.
