What you will do

• Design and iterate the payment middle platform, order system, and clearing modules for Europe and Latin America.
• Lead the design of full lifecycle management for orders, covering creation, status transitions, timeout handling, and reconciliation.
• Develop clearing systems including T+0/T+1 settlement schemes and multi-currency reconciliation rules.
• Define integration strategies for global payment channels (PSPs, bank rails) using scalable and standardized frameworks.
• Optimize core system modules to improve transaction success rates and reduce latency.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, compliance, and finance teams to ensure robust settlement and fund flow management.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or infrastructure products.
• Strong expertise in payment orchestration, transaction platforms, or back-end payment systems.
• Deep understanding of the payment lifecycle, including routing, retries, and failure handling.
• Familiarity with backend system design and APIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to guide product decisions.
• Location: Must be based in Asia.

Nice to have

• Experience with global payment methods (ACH, SEPA, FPS, PIX, UPI) or large-scale PSP integrations.
• Understanding of settlement models (gross/net), T+N clearing cycles, and FX processing.
• Experience with wallet systems or payment infrastructure.
• Exposure to Web3, crypto, or exchange products.
