What you will do

• Drive the roadmap for backend platforms, operational systems, and technical infrastructure to support business scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements for APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and internal automation tools.
• Optimize lead ingestion, routing, and partner integration processes, including normalization and deduplication.
• Lead initiatives for communication platforms, covering call routing, messaging workflows, and consent management.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate product research, discovery, and documentation.
• Align technical investments with business objectives through cross-functional partnership with leadership and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products, backend platforms, or operational systems.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, backend architectures, data flows, and engineering trade-offs.
• Proven ability to design scalable solutions that eliminate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to connect technical improvements to revenue growth, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
• Strong written communication skills for creating specifications, business cases, and product briefs.

Nice to have

• Experience with contact center technologies, telecom systems, or partner integration ecosystems.
• Working knowledge of SQL and regulatory frameworks for communications compliance.
