What you will do

• Perform DFM analysis to ensure robust product design that meets process and quality requirements.
• Define equipment and tooling specifications and lead the APQP process, including flow charts, layout, PFMEA, SOP, and PPAP.
• Conduct technical reviews of equipment, molds, and tooling, and manage installation and try-run phases.
• Collaborate with program managers and quality teams to ensure successful gate and Q-gate deliveries.
• Provide cost modeling and budgetary estimates for new products and support sales team quotations.
• Manage ECNs post-SOP and lead VAVE projects for continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic engineering or a related engineering subject.
• Experience with plastic molding, SMT PCB, and electrical welding processes.
• Knowledge of IATF, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• English: Fluent proficiency is preferred.
• Strong systematic analytical and problem-solving skills.
