What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate operational agreements including NDAs, MSAs, and data processing agreements.
• Develop and maintain standardized site-level EAP and non-interventional study agreement templates.
• Build legal operations foundations, including contract management systems, clause libraries, and intake workflows.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to provide practical, timely legal guidance.
• Collaborate with Privacy Counsel to ensure GDPR compliance across all operational contracts.
• Implement reporting rhythms to provide leadership with visibility into risk areas and compliance deadlines.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office.
• Qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience in commercial or transactional contracting.
• Strong background in life sciences, CRO, or health tech sectors.
• Hands-on expertise in drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and service agreements.
• Experience building legal templates, processes, or infrastructure from the ground up.
• Working knowledge of GDPR in operational and healthcare contexts.
