Focus on gaining hands-on experience in B2B contract negotiation and corporate legal operations within a global industrial technology context.

What you will do

• Manage signing processes and maintain legal archives and databases.
• Conduct legal research on various jurisdictions and EU regulatory developments.
• Prepare legal input, memos, and written analyses for business and commercial teams.
• Assist in first-pass reviews of legal agreements including NDAs and supplier documents.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with internal company policies.

Requirements

• Current law student or master’s student with up to 2 years of legal experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 32 hours per week (80% FTE) for a 6-month period.
