Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the Sydney office)

What you will do
- Lead the ANZ business to deliver against bookings, pipeline, and growth targets.
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team while raising the bar on talent density.
- Drive a rigorous operating rhythm for forecasting, pipeline inspection, and territory planning.
- Develop strong executive relationships with customers, prospects, and partners across Australia and New Zealand.
- Partner with marketing, solutions engineering, customer success, and finance to accelerate regional growth.
- Recruit and develop exceptional sales leaders and individual contributors for the region.
Requirements
- 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, including regional business leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling a regional sales business, ideally within ANZ.
- Deep knowledge of the Australian and New Zealand enterprise markets and strong local networks.
- Experience selling AI, search, knowledge management, productivity, or data platform products.
- Strong operational rigor and forecasting discipline.
- Must be able to work from the Sydney office 4 days per week
