What you will do

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Solutions Architects for the Commercial and Enterprise segments.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve revenue and consumption targets.
• Lead technical qualification, proof of concepts, architecture discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Establish cross-functional relationships to ensure customer success and business value realization.
• Maintain the team's technical edge by ensuring continuous learning of the data and AI stack.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
• 3+ years of experience building and leading technical pre-sales teams.
• 7+ years of experience in the data space (data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
• Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives for strategic infrastructure decisions.
• Ability to influence and review complex architectures to ensure scalability.
• Deep technical understanding of how Data & AI drive impact in industry segments.
