What you will do

• Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for high-stakes customer issues on the hirify.global Platform.
• Architect standardized troubleshooting methodologies and comprehensive runbooks to elevate global team competency.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to influence the roadmap by integrating critical feedback on supportability and observability.
• Spearhead strategic automation and tooling initiatives to reduce manual toil and improve MTTR metrics.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Support and Engineering for upcoming product features and releases.
• Lead cross-functional incident response and coordinate resolution across Engineering and Support teams.

Requirements

• Must be located in Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA.
• 12+ years of highly technical industry experience in technical support or sustaining engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep mastery in one of these areas: Application Debugging (Java/Scala/Python), Big Data Ecosystems (Spark/Hadoop), or Database Management (Postgres).
• Advanced proficiency in building automation frameworks using Python or bash/shell.
• Strong foundation in Linux system administration, kernel-level troubleshooting, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
