What you will do

• Design and build scalable services for marketing measurement, attribution, and audience optimization across paid media channels.
• Develop big data pipelines to ingest, process, and serve campaign performance data at scale.
• Integrate ML models into production services, focusing on feature engineering, inference, and monitoring.
• Lead high-impact projects from design through production, making sound technical trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Champion code quality and operational excellence through code reviews and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems (reliability and scaling).
• 2+ years of experience with big data technologies such as AWS, Hadoop, Spark, Pig, Hive, Lucene/SOLR, or Storm/Samza.
• Must be located in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, including training/inference lifecycles.
• Knowledge of ad-tech measurement, attribution methodologies, or AWS Clean Rooms.
• 3+ years of full SDLC experience, including coding standards, build processes, and operations.
