What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for generative AI and application modernization techniques.
• Engage directly with customers to solve complex business problems and guide AI adoption patterns.
• Develop technical content including white papers, blogs, and reference architectures.
• Create field enablement materials to support the broader technical organization.
• Gather and translate customer feedback into clear requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Partner with business development teams to define technical components of GTM initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting for applications and infrastructures.
• 7+ years of IT development or implementation experience in software or Internet industries.
• Strong hands-on experience in technical consulting and proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, or .NET).
• Experience managing teams or deep familiarity with the full software development life cycle.
