What you will do

• Lead the global financial close process, driving continuous improvements in speed, quality, and scalability across all entities.
• Execute a transformation agenda to eliminate, simplify, and automate accounting workflows using AI and modern systems.
• Oversee all core accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and Revenue Recognition across global entities.
• Own technical accounting for ASC 606, M&A integration, and equity, ensuring full compliance with US GAAP.
• Manage external auditor relationships and deliver financial statements to the Audit Committee of the Board.
• Build a scalable internal controls environment and develop a high-performing, technology-forward accounting team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior leadership in a SaaS or high-growth tech company.
• CPA certification required; Big 4 experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, multi-entity consolidation, and ASC 606 revenue recognition.
• Experience in a PE-backed environment with investor-grade reporting standards.
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite or an equivalent enterprise ERP.
• Must be based in the United States.

• M&A experience from diligence through purchase accounting and post-close integration.
• Multi-country tax compliance and transfer pricing expertise within a global SaaS model.
• Background in vertical SaaS or hospitality technology.
