What you will do

• Lead end-to-end development for the AI platform and customer-facing experiences from roadmap to rollout.
• Partner with engineering to design prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and system guardrails.
• Serve as the technical translator between engineering and the broader organization to establish AI best practices.
• Drive systematic improvements in automation rates, answer quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with OpenAI partners to evaluate and deploy next-generation voice models and workflow automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical product management or management consulting at a fast-paced startup.
• Proven interest and understanding of modern LLM systems and agentic workflows.
• Ability to navigate technical tradeoffs and lead by example in implementing AI standards.
• Track record of taking complex strategic ideas and turning them into scalable, production-grade products.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to dive into data to validate hypotheses.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
