TL;DR

DevSecOps Project Lead (DoD): Building and operating a production deployment pipeline for mission-critical DoD software with an accent on secure, scalable infrastructure and compliance. Location: Remote (USA only, US Citizenship and Secret Clearance required)

Salary: $175,000–$215,000

What you will do

  • Design and scale hosting architecture in IL-5 environments with a path to IL-6.
  • Build and operate a modern CI/CD pipeline with integrated security and compliance validation.
  • Lead the transition from incumbent contractor and government-furnished environments.
  • Own the end-to-end release cadence from capability intake through production deployment.
  • Partner with security leadership to align on ATO strategy and ensure continuous compliance.
  • Consolidate and simplify infrastructure into a scalable, maintainable system.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps engineering experience with end-to-end production pipeline ownership.
  • 5+ years of experience operating in DoD cloud environments (Azure Gov IL-5, AWS GovCloud).
  • Hands-on experience managing at least one complete ATO or cATO pathway in production.
  • US Citizenship required and Active Secret Clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to USMC sites and company facilities.
