TL;DR

DevSecOps Team Lead (AI): Leading the DevSecOps tooling team to design and maintain application security platforms with an accent on vulnerability data prioritization and scaling. Focus on automating security workflows using AI, managing stakeholder roadmaps, and implementing risk-based vulnerability management.

Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in office in London/Osterley or Leeds). Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Lead the DevSecOps tooling team in maintaining and designing the next iteration of application security tooling.
• Oversee platforms that catalogue and prioritize vulnerability data, leveraging AI to create performance multipliers.
• Manage day-to-day team operations and partner with stakeholders to translate needs into a prioritized roadmap.
• Own and maintain the stability and scaling of AppSec platforms.
• Guide cross-functional efforts at enterprise scale in partnership with leaders at Comcast.

Requirements

• Proven people leadership experience with the ability to motivate high-performing teams.
• Strong technical expertise in software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevSecOps best practices.
• Hands-on experience using security tooling (SAST, SCA, container scanning) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with risk-based vulnerability management and prioritization.
• Appropriate right to work in the UK is required.
