What you will do

• Manage end-to-end processing of high-volume weekly and fortnightly contractor payrolls.
• Calculate and process ad hoc payments, contractor bonuses, and backpay adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records including superannuation, taxation, banking details, and novated lease deductions.
• Perform detailed payroll validation and ongoing data reconciliation to ensure strict compliance.
• Manage EFTs, vendor discounts, expense reimbursements, and corporate credit card reconciliations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related queries from contractors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll administration, including taxation and superannuation.
• Ability to perform complex financial reconciliations and maintain ledger integrity.
• Experience in resolving payroll discrepancies and managing overpayment recoveries.
• Must be located in Sydney, Australia.
