is a leading digital healthcare company building a preventive ecosystem across multiple markets, including weight management, fertility, and skincare.
What you will do
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 220 employees using Employment Hero (KeyPay).
- Ensure timely and compliant lodgment of superannuation, PAYG, Payroll Tax, and Workers’ Compensation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract variations.
- Develop, document, and streamline payroll processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Handle payroll queries and provide professional support to employees.
- Collaborate with the global payroll team and support ad hoc payroll projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience running end-to-end Australian payroll.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with payroll software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Nice to have
- Experience with NetSuite, Deputy, or HiBob.
- Familiarity with multi-company payroll structures.
- Experience with award interpretation and administering options.
- Background in payroll accounting or analysis within APAC or EMEA regions.
