hirify.global is an outsourcing provider hiring for a fast-growing Australian food company specializing in snack and dessert concepts for retail and foodservice channels.

What you will do

• Manage accounts payable, including processing supplier invoices and matching purchase orders and receipts.
• Perform daily and weekly bank, credit card, and intercompany reconciliations across multiple currencies and entities.
• Administer payroll, coordinate leave records, and maintain comprehensive employee documentation.
• Handle debtor management and professional follow-up on overdue customer accounts.
• Process financial transactions in Xero and ensure data integrity across Xero and Cin7.
• Verify shipment pricing and support supply chain cost control by comparing invoices against rate cards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or finance administration, ideally supporting Australian businesses.
• Strong proficiency in Xero and robust Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Proven experience in accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; highly responsive and professional.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing tight deadlines and repetitive workflows.
• Availability to work QLD Time (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

• Experience using Cin7 or an alternative ERP system.
• Background in wholesale, manufacturing, or inventory-based businesses.
