Salary: $155,800 – $303,600 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic campaign frameworks for global infrastructure investments.
• Coordinate public affairs activity across community, state, and federal levels.
• Design audience-specific engagement strategies for elected officials, regulators, and community leaders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through high-stakes regulatory and legislative moments.
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and operational rhythms for campaign execution.
• Build and maintain a library of market-specific campaign toolkits and messaging guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or public affairs.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Proven track record in political campaigns or corporate public affairs within complex environments.
• Experience with U.S. infrastructure projects (energy, broadband, or datacenters).
• Ability to lead distributed or matrixed teams in fast-moving environments.
• Willingness to travel significantly, including international travel.
