Salary: £119,000 — £161,000 GBP

What you will do

• Define and evolve the global external communications strategy to support long-term business growth.
• Lead the global press office and set standards for media engagement.
• Own the external corporate narrative, including executive communications and financial messaging.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on media strategy and reputational risk.
• Build and maintain relationships with priority media, commentators, and industry stakeholders.
• Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing team of 10 while managing agency partners.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in external communications within a fast-growing international consumer or technology business.
• Deep expertise in media relations, press office leadership, and crisis response.
• Proven track record of advising executive teams on messaging and reputational risk.
• Strong ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling external narratives.
• Experience leading across multiple functions and markets in complex environments.
• English proficiency: C1+ required.
