What you will do

• Execute critical projects across game operations, player experience, and marketing
• Handle end-to-end project execution from planning and coordination to problem solving and performance tracking
• Rotate across different functions to develop a holistic view of the gaming business
• Take ownership of outcomes tied to revenue-driving campaigns and product feature rollouts
• Work under the mentorship of the Country Head and Product Management leaders

Requirements

• Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of full-time experience
• Strong academic background from top-tier universities in Vietnam or abroad
• Exceptional logical and structured thinking with the ability to work with data
• Deep passion for games and a strong understanding of game mechanics
• Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to work effectively in teams
