What you will do

• Execute sportsbook strategy during live sports windows, bringing key moments to market in real time.
• Partner with Social, CRM, Integrated Marketing, and Merchandising teams to support go-to-market campaigns and promotions.
• Manage on-site merchandising efforts, including content placement, prioritization, and optimization.
• Lead game day operations, responding to live moments and in-game opportunities, including nights and weekends during peak seasons.
• Maintain centralized organization of initiatives and timelines to ensure cross-functional visibility.
• Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and inform sport-specific strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, or marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, real-time environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate performance and identify actionable insights.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency.
• Based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
