Salary: $153,600 – $239,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with startup founders and technical leaders to develop roadmaps for delivering business value using generative AI.
• Identify and codify repeatable generative AI patterns into scalable frameworks for the startup portfolio.
• Mentor junior strategists and shape the overall startup engagement methodology.
• Conduct workshops to identify opportunities for rapid prototyping and go-to-market acceleration.
• Build relationships with the VC and accelerator ecosystem to support AI-native startups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional AWS teams including sales, solutions architecture, and applied scientists.

Requirements

• 7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 6+ years of management experience for scientists or machine learning engineers.
• Experience supporting sales in startup or high-growth company contexts.
• Proven track record of launching technical programs involving big data, analytics, and AI/ML.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

• Direct experience working at, advising, or investing in AI-native or ML-first startups.
• Experience presenting to diverse technical and non-technical audiences in pre-sales environments.
