What you will do

• Partner with agency leaders to identify and integrate AI opportunities into daily workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end AI use case pipeline, from intake and validation to pilot execution.
• Develop and deliver AI training programs, playbooks, and best practices for cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate internal AI workshops and maintain a network of AI champions.
• Track and report on productivity gains, time savings, and overall AI adoption metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and architecture teams to ensure AI initiatives align with technical feasibility and scaling requirements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management.
• Strong ability to explain AI-supported outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and structured problem-solving skills.
