What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI projects from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and implement scalable, secure machine learning pipelines and MLOps using AWS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Applied Science, DevOps, and Data Engineering.
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to customers on cloud architectures and AI trends.
• Mentor other professionals and create reusable artifacts to share best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and solution implementation.
• 5+ years of development experience in Python, Java, Bash, or Perl.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams focused on data, software, or ML engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling, NLP, and deep learning, including deploying models on cloud platforms like SageMaker.
• Must be based in the USA in one of the listed cities and available for travel.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ML Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and NLP models (BERT, GPT).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Expertise in MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• Experience with GenAI technologies (LLMs, Vector Stores, LangChain, Prompt Engineering).
• Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards.
