What you will do

• Develop and deploy cutting-edge ML models, including transformers, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
• Design scalable algorithms for ads selection, generation, and relevance.
• Drive experimentation via A/B testing and offline validation to refine user behavior predictions.
• Build robust data pipelines and frameworks for handling large-scale, high-dimensional datasets.
• Stay updated with AI research to integrate latest advancements into Microsoft platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree + 6 years, Master's + 4 years, or PhD + 3 years of experience in Statistics, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, transformers, or LLMs.
• Experience in developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models (6+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in programming and data analysis.
• Must be based within a 50-mile commute of the Redmond office for hybrid work.
