What you will do

• Collaborate on productizing new AI-powered capabilities such as AI proposal writing and search experiences.
• Evaluate AI model and system performance through rigorous testing and experimentation.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI and machine learning, suggesting improvements to generative AI capabilities.
• Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices for AI system development.
• Contribute to AI infrastructure and shape the use of generative AI across the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• High level of coding proficiency using Python.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
• Proficiency with production software (Python) and systems design.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model development techniques.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools like MLflow, dvc, weights & biases.
• Experience with cloud deployment of ML systems and professional experience with LLMs.
• Very strong software engineering skills with a track record of building scalable, distributed product machine learning systems.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable applications with LLMs using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face.
• Depth of knowledge with RAG implementation and improvements.
