What you will do

• Define the coherent vision and design language across the entire hirify.global product portfolio.
• Develop design primitives and a scalable design system to ensure consistency and speed.
• Partner with leadership and engineering to translate complex security concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Design end-to-end interfaces that make security actionable for developers.
• Participate in customer research to identify usability gaps and prioritize design opportunities.
• Contribute to building and scaling a world-class design team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven experience shipping high-quality products with a focus on systems-level clarity.
• Deep experience designing for technical audiences or developer-focused tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, component systems, and design language definition.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and product leadership in a fast-paced environment.
