What you will do

• Lead the development of new reporting and dashboards to analyze marketing effectiveness and full-funnel programs.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs including leads, conversion rates, and website traffic.
• Structure complex, ambiguous marketing questions and leverage analytical skills to drive actionable insights.
• Evaluate and improve data quality, compliance, and cleanliness across Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create new processes that prioritize automation and business acceleration.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and marketing metrics.
• Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R.
• Background in digital marketing.
• Experience with A/B testing.
