What you will do

• Partner with the General Manager to lead data initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into metric shifts to identify technical bugs, UX friction, or trust barriers.
• Design and standardize analytical frameworks for evaluating product growth and user behavior.
• Lead the full experimentation lifecycle, including power analysis, hypothesis design, and causal inference.
• Collaborate with FP&A to link product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact.
• Mentor other analysts in high-signal data storytelling and AI-enhanced workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Hybrid model)
• 6-8+ years of experience in Product Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Data Science, preferably in SaaS.
• Expert-level SQL and proficiency with Product Analytics tools such as GA4 or Amplitude.
• Deep experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Statsig) and statistical measures (p-values, confidence intervals).
• Ability to leverage modern AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate data execution.
• Proficiency with Python and dashboarding tools like Tableau or Power BI.
