What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four analysts embedded across multiple game titles.
• Own the centralized analytics roadmap, including tooling, instrumentation, and automation priorities.
• Establish high standards for analytical methodology, including A/B testing governance and telemetry design.
• Partner with product managers to maintain a prioritized backlog of analytics work.
• Drive opportunities to automate reporting and incorporate AI tooling to improve team output.
• Create systems for knowledge sharing, including documentation, templates, and cross-game learnings.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Must be based in Canada and willing to work EST/PST hours.
• Deep expertise in A/B testing, hypothesis design, and statistical significance.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (warehousing, BI tooling).
• Strong understanding of F2P/live service KPIs like retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills for technical and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in games, mobile F2P, or UGC platforms like Roblox or Fortnite.
• Familiarity with dbt for data modeling and Python for automation.
• Experience working with licensed IP in a gaming context.
