What you will do

  • Handle customer requests as the first point of contact across a global, multi-language 24x7 support environment.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, test, and resolve hospitality customer issues during service using consistent troubleshooting techniques.
  • Document, track, and manage interactions in customer support platforms to ensure timely resolution.
  • Identify, reproduce, and escalate product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team, tracking them through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams and maintain a high standard of support via phone, chat, and email.
  • Work on a roster/schedule to ensure high availability, including flexibility for weekends and shifts.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience and/or technical support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
  • Basic experience using common online, mobile, and desktop platforms (iOS, Android, OSX, Windows).
  • Ability to work shifts and weekends as part of a roster/schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience with phone, email, ticketing, and live chat support channels.
  • Experience or knowledge of the Hospitality industry.
  • Experience supporting a SaaS product and/or an iOS application.
  • Computer networking experience or interest.
