What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange lots of vintage designer lighting submitted by users.
• Create attractive weekly auctions by reviewing titles, descriptions, and images.
• Provide estimated values for items and professionally handle rejected submissions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and expand the seller base.
• Onboard high-potential leads and upsell existing sellers using professional networks.

Requirements

• Demonstrable knowledge of vintage designer lighting (wall, floor, table lamps, chandeliers).
• Hands-on experience from an auction house, vintage lighting shop, or as a dealer.
• Ability to assess authenticity, age, condition, and restoration needs of design pieces.
• Understanding of materials and production techniques (metals, glass, wiring, finishes).
• Must be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, or other European countries.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience in price negotiations, sourcing new business, and setting up seller agreements.
