What you will do

• Lead the front-of-house team during service to maintain a positive and upbeat tone.
• Coordinate daily operations including stock, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and ensure high member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless service.
• Handle transactions and report maintenance or operational concerns to management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Strong confidence in leading teams during busy service periods.
• English proficiency required; Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain an eye for detail.
• Genuine passion for guest-facing hospitality roles.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Amsterdam.
