What you will do

• Develop customer-facing materials and conduct research to provide structured recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support business operations through internal communications, KPI tracking, and automated reporting.
• Contribute to delivery projects, including customer project support and PMO activities.
• Build dashboards and data-driven insights using tools like Power BI to track business performance.
• Manage project governance tasks, including risk management, action tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve content creation, documentation, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have the right to work in the United Kingdom (Reading).
• BSc or MSc degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience after graduation.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to turn complex information into clear outputs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with local and global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• Previous internships, volunteering, or university club experience in consulting, marketing, or operations.
