What you will do

• Lead multi-site and multi-discipline cross-functional teams to define and deliver prototypes and products.
• Manage comprehensive project planning, execution, scope changes, risks, and trade-offs.
• Drive day-to-day project work to identify and resolve technical and operational problems quickly.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide synthesized communication to all levels of the organization.
• Lead project and phase gate approval reviews to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA (local candidates only).
• No visa sponsorship eligibility.
• Strong expertise in systematic problem-solving and leading complex decision-making processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project scheduling tools.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
